All Lost and Found Denim sales are final. You will not be able to return or exchange items unless the wrong item was sent.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Most packages that are assumed to be lost or stolen are usually still in USPS' possession. If your package's status states "delivered" and you have not received it, please contact USPS immediately. If they claim the package is not in their possession, please go forward with opening a claim through USPS. Please consider that a package is not considered to be lost or stolen until seven days or later. Once your package is considered missing or stolen, it is out of our control and responsibility.

Shipping and Handling

For all domestic orders, please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed (this does not include shipping time). During sale promotions and holidays, please consider increased shipping times due to high volume.
